Important
If you feel unwell, including if you have a fever, coughing/sneezing, sore throat or breathing difficulties, or if you have been in contact with a person with coronavirus or suspected of having coronavirus, please do not come into the practice until you have spoken to our receptionist. Your Appointment 
Please arrive 15 minutes before your first appointment to complete a patient registration form.
As a healthcare practice, we require all patients and carers to wear face masks.
Please bring the following to your appointment:

  • Medicare, DVA and Pension cards.

  • GP referral letter.

  • Private health insurance details.

  • Medications, or a list of your current medications/supplements/allergies.

  • Recent x-rays, other relevant imaging, and blood test results.

  • If your condition is a WorkSafe or TAC matter, all correspondence / certificates in addition to your claim number. If your claim has been accepted, we will invoice the agency directly.

  • Any other relevant information (e.g other specialist reports).

If an interpreter is required, please advise our reception team when booking your appointment.
Where appropriate, some consultations may be through Telehealth. Our reception team will coordinate this with you.
If you are travelling a long distance to your appointment with us, you may be eligible for assistance with travel and accommodation expenses under the Victorian Patient Transport Assistance Scheme (VPTAS).

Payment
Full payment is required on the day of consultation, and where applicable, prior to surgical procedures.
A gap payment will apply to all consultation and surgical procedure fees.
We can submit your Medicare or Private Health Insurance claim for you.

Cancellations
If you are unable to attend a scheduled appointment, please contact us at least 48 hours prior. A fee may be charged for failure to attend or cancellation at short notice.

Epworth Eastern East Wing Tower Parking & Access

Access to the Epworth Eastern East Wing Tower Consulting Suites is via the Nelson Road entrance. This is pedestrian-only access.

Lifts are accessible through the front foyer and to the left. Lecuona Urology is on level 13.

You can park in the Epworth Eastern carpark, which is accessed via Arnold Street. Please retain your parking ticket and pay at the boom gate when you exit. If paying with cash, there is a ticket machine on B2.

Marked disabled parking is available on B2 and B3.

Epworth Eastern East Wing Tower consulting suite access

Epworth Eastern Surgery & Medical Admission Access

When presenting for surgery or admission to the hospital, please use the Arnold Street entrance. There is no access to the hospital for surgery via the Nelson Road entrance.

Parking is available in the Arnold Street Carpark.

Park on B1, B2 or B3 and take the lifts to level 1.

Epworth Eastern surgery and medical admission access
